Our Mission

To provide an orphanage which will instill a Christian worldview that will promote the spiritual, emotional, mental, intellectual, social and professional growth for resident children.

To have a professionally and ethically-run Christian Orphanage which will provide a means for resident children to be adopted and if not, to prepare them to professionally transition into the world of work with a minimum of 2 years post high school job training. To have resident children be a shining example of moral uprightness, industriousness, politeness and compassion in the grace of Christ Jesus.

The values of LloydAnn’s Children Orphanage are as follows:

  1. Safety- To provide a safe home that will foster the spiritual and social growth of resident children. Due diligence will be done to ensure that no child under the care of LloydAnn’s will suffer any sexual, emotional or psychological abuse.
  2. Transparency– A proper accounting of all cash inflows and cash outflows as well as the donations of good and services. To have clarity in the chain of command and responsibilities so as to ensure efficiency and accountability of all officers and staff.
  3. Cost effectiveness and Cost efficiency- To properly manage the resources voluntarily given to LloydAnn for the proper benefit of the organization and resident children. To ensure that all resources are properly marshaled towards the fulfillment of the vision and the mission and for the continued operation of the organization.
  4. Professionalism- To be respectful to everyone and to fully be in compliance with all laws and regulations of the United States of America and Guyana. To diligently promote good values that will enhance the image of Christ and the host country of operation.
